I wanted to create a design that captured the beauty of these characters in a very classic Disney aesthetic. I spent a couple of days just immersed in old concept art by Mary Blair, Ward Kimball and a number of Disney artists and attempted to study their use of color, shading and shape. I'm hoping I was able to capture a little of their magic in my little homage piece.

Stunning colors and a good balance of the many different elements. It's consistent with the classic Disney style, but still fresh and edgy. Love it!

b3ef, it was painted digitally using photoshop brushes.
