Ukiyo-e Ursula
Created by daliciously on Jul 11, 2012
This is my ancient Japanese version of Ursula.
Ursula is the most divine and time-less villian I have ever seen. I wanted to portray her in a historical and time-less design. I love the old Ukiyo-e ways of portraying squids and octopusses. The details on the tentacles are so rad!
So I have decided to make my own squidwork: Ukiyo-e Ursula.
I hope you enjoy my design~!
(By the way: I can't believe you guys did a Disney VILLIAN contest! I just found out a few days ago and I was very grateful with the extention of the deadline.)

I really like this one! Shouldn't she be using the tentacles on herself, though? Just kidding -- that would be way too much.

woah thank you :D ahhah well I have looked at the old famous Ukiyo-e drawing where octopusses are penetrating a woman..(google that at home, it's NSFW) was thinking of doing a parody but I don't think Disney would appreciate that hahah!

Because you're writing vertically, the extended vowel in mermaid (the ? in ??????should be written vertically as well. Otherwise it looks like gibberish with the world 'one' in the middle.
