Sure Charlie is gone, but in a couple of months he'll rise again to party! This year being his last I thought there ought to be some memorial tattoos.
As requested Jake, please find enclosed one back piece, with the additional bonus of being able to cut it up into seperate designs so people can express some individuality.
Semper Festus is Latin for "Always Festive", or in layman's terms PARTY FOREVER!
