great artwork, but i'm not getting any connection to disney or it's a small world.

I do believe there wasn't anything on the challenge brief that said an entry has to be Disney-related (though it'd probably give you a bit of an edge). They only ask that you take inspiration from Mary Blair's whimsical style. In my opinion, this fits the bill and is a great contender for the challenge. :)

Agreed.. I feel it shows more creativity as you're not relying on disney so much. I like the bird.
