My design is loosely based on the book 'where the wild things are'
Because sesame street is the true land of the wild things, what other street could you turn down and see monsters in trash cans, 8ft birds, and counting vampires?

Very sad to hear about the passing of Maurice Sendak. He has been a massive influence for myself and my work, and I'm sure he has been a huge influence for all illustrators and designers on threadless and around the world.
I dedicate this artwork to him, with best wishes to his family and loved ones, I'm sure he's in in a better place, being just as inspirational as he was in this life.
