First thing that came to mind for this challenge, Cookie Monster Pacman. It inspired me to go all out and redo the entire first level of Pacman with the characters from the show, There's Elmo, Grover, Big Bird and Oscar as the ghosts. Not special ink types are needed, every black part of the shirt is supposed to be the shirt though, not just black ink.
