Nothing can beat the quality nature provides. Compared to the GMOs (colored in blue), natural products vividly stand out. The GMOs are blue to give off a lifeless feel, since they were just created from laboratories that cannot replicate the variety of the natural world.
Since there are more than eight colors, simulated process is necessary.
