I wanted to illustrate the gist of The Nightmare Before Christmas. T'was a holiday shake-up in the most beautifully grotesque way. The inspiration came from the art of Tim Burton as well as the original concept art for the film. I maintained a controlled pallete because Tim Burton wanted the color pallette for Halloween Town to be mostly black and orange, and that's what I did.
The Nightmare Before Christmas is my absolute favorite movie and I hope this design does it justice. So much love for this film and Tim Burton and Henry Selick!

I just love this design! It's got so many little details to it! The tree is awesome but my favorite detail is the ornate windows that showcase this awesome design! Pretty amazing artwork! I'd love to see this design as a tee!

When I saw that the "Nightmare" tees were up, I was so sure I would see this design included in the batch (yours was really the only one that stuck with me months after the fact). SHOCKED that you weren't printed! Thought your design was wonderful.
