Being born in 1982, through out my childhood my dad would follow the stars. He would tell me about Nasa, what they did and the plans for new missions. I remember sitting outside with him, the moon and stars shining above us. Through his telescope he showed me the constellations, the location of the big, little dipper and the space station orbiting the earth.

Since then, I have always been fascinated with space. This design is my interpretation of a brilliant 30 years. The collective work of the shuttle program and their missions, an intriguing, beautiful, colorful and opportunistic exploration of the unknown. Taking human curiosity to the next level. Revealing all that we are capable of by traveling to new heights.

Because color plays such an important role in my interpretation, the printing process would need to be simulated.
