the design means there is always a new beginning in each sunrise
is represented the sun rising over the sea, like a new dawn
and with respect to the arms try to represent the following:
1- rises up on a new dawn
2 - Start again with force or force it back to try again.
3 - feel the satisfaction of persistence and perseverance.
4 - and now everything is and will be fine
