I thought it would be a cool idea to combine the Japanese flag and the United States flag, as a "coming together" idea. Seeing as a heart is a universal sign of kindness and giving, I decided to make the whole idea in the shape of a heart. At that point I felt it was still a little bit boring so I added some dotting effects to give it a little bit of life.

.. Yeah. In this case, I think the whole idea should have been more centered around Japan. Nice try?
