A school needs a mascot that at a glance shows FIERCE ENERGY and a FIGHTING SPIRIT - something to INSPIRE! Iowa State's Hawk is definitely an intense animal and worthy of a school's fighting spirit.
Designed to be usable as a logo and design, this rendition of Herky the Hawk shows the mascot's energy contained within a circle so it is at once simple and powerful.
