Signs of Life
Created by lacers on Aug 10, 2011
There's so much more to the American Red Cross then just blood donations. They offer life saving training classes, they work together with hospitals and clinical centers and are consistently some of the first to respond with aid in times of crisis or disaster. There are so many faces, but they are all unified under the universal sign of hope and life (+).

I dig the design but how does this illustrate the "everyday hero?" Yes it illustrates what the American Red Cross does but it doesn't seem to relate to challenge of the hero aspect?
lacers on Aug. 19, 2011, 4:06 p.m.
@keejmedia most people expect the term "hero" to be defined singularly. But each of these symbols defines it a little differently. Doctors, pilots, blood donors, lab technicians. Everyone of them has the power to save a life, and is therefore an everyday hero.
PS: I took a look at your work, I like "Revenge of the Nerd" tee!

Total genuine! :) I like not only the idea, but the way you combined the colors. Straight to my list of favs!

i love how this catches your eye with the overall shape and colors, then pulls you in with all the details. their different sizes gives it a nice visual hierarchy.
