About The Challenge
Relationships. 80s fashion. Dadaism. Photo albums from your childhood. What do they all have in common? Depending on who you ask, some are pretty and some are ugly! Your challenge is to design a “pretty ugly” t-shirt using images from CSA Images, a pop culture resource of art, hand-drawn illustration and type, and design elements. You can use up to 10 images from the tens of thousands available. Your “pretty ugly” design can be skewed towards the pretty, the ugly, or varying combinations of both. Use elements from different images, mash 'em up, or tweak the images in your design.
