This design shows the silhouette of finches against a vibrant sunset. They appear in a familiar bird assembly--sitting together on wires, which are allusive to threads in their thinness and flexibility.
In this way, the design "seamlessly" incorporates aspects of both Finches Beer and Threadless.

Great color scheme... makes me think of the changing leaves in Chicago. Coupled with the gray background it makes a bold yet subtle statement about good IPA, good friends, and the city of Chicago. 5 to the max

The image invokes the feeling of friends joining each other for a great beer at happy hour. As the sun goes down, more and more Finches join each other on the "threadless" phone lines, undoubtedly thirsty from a long day, ready to spend the evening drinking a great IPA with some good ol' friends.
