External fabric all foliage color with a subtle cross hatch texture print. Inside material is red with spine and back of ribs print. Some red accent stitching across the bottom of the strap. Simple exterior, with interior surprise.

such a cool concept BUT it makes me think...
The concept is strongest when on the back and bag is open. But majority of the time the bag will be full when on someones back, hiding the design and just leaving a plain grey bag with red accents. Perhaps a design on the outside as well?
