I agree with PudgePuggle. It's an awesome design, but I don't know if Cartoon Network would accept it with other famous references, you know? I still love it though (:

I have mixed feelings about this design. Although it is such a lovely execution of your idea, and looks great, it seems like such a pointless idea. You've basically just thrown Adventure Time characters in Super Mario costumes. Still, it looks fantastic.

Ooooh man, I didn't expect this to be so controversial haha. I agree that this might not be the right contest for this submission, but I hope that it doesn't seem like a completely mindless design. I was exploring the parallels of the two worlds (two butt-kicking main characters fighting a princess-stealing villain) though I admit that this is not the strongest conceptual connection nor a formula exclusive to Adventure Time or Super Mario...
Anyways, I love this show and I agree that this design should not win (and if Pen has any say in the choosing of the winner, it wouldn't have regardless). That being said, I really appreciate all the kind words :)
