I put a birthday party on a birthday cake. My favorite thing about birthdays is being able to spend time with the people you love so I wanted to draw people having a good time with each other. On the cake I put representations of the seasons.
On the back I put two cancer awareness ribbons (pink for breast cancer and light blue for prostate cancer)in the shape of a birthday present ribbon held up by two birds.

I love the little details like the different patterns on the party hat and the seasons symbolized by the trees. This is a shirt that will sustain visual interest over time. It'd be an especially nice one for kids or parents.

Good idea:
(1) We love each other all the time: four seasons. The signs are very simple. But everybody understands.
(2) It is a good idea for showing our loving to either male or female cancer patients.
(3) This Happy birthday party is wonderful.

I think the back is my favorite - so simple and pretty. The birds are just adorable! Would make a great tattoo ;]
