LOVE the idea and thought behind this design, as well as the detail in planning (cake tiers and Rx bottles, shots and candles, IVs and balloons)!

Thanks for the support!!! Just so you know, here are the analogies made in the shirt:
confetti --> pills
balloons --> IVs
streamers --> thread and needles
candles --> syringes
upper cake --> petri dishes
pillars --> pill bottles
lower cake --> roll of gauze
The upper and lower part are not pictured because my scanner wasn't working (I will post more pictures later in the comments when it is) but they are as follows:
