My inspiration was a traditional African mask which, if you turn it upside down, seems like a drop of water. It's also kind of a reflection of the person who is wearing that tee.

GREAT!! Yes, finally. I clicked through tons of designs with vague, trite, knee-jerk imagery of the African continent, grungy drops of water, hands, doves, etc, rating "UGH" and "MEH" over and over again, and most times saying that out loud. This is a smarter way to get a few things across instantly: Africa, Water, and even the silhouette of the logo. This is a functional and well executed design. Clean, no bullshit "grunge" effects, just smart design. Thank you for digging a little deeper. Well done, I hope this one makes it far in the competition.

Thanx for the comments. Unfortunately people who scores doesn´t looking for ORIGINALITY of the project. That´s a pity.

May I make a suggestion? You should promote yourself if you want others to see your design. Politely make constructive critisom of other designs and ask for feed back about yours (add link). I have no doubt you will get great results!

I like this idea, but I feel like alot of submissions are disregarding the part where it asks you to not use the WellDone logo in your design.

Thanks ellmo 38. I see. However I only use the iso of logo. And they say "avoid" not "don´t use" .
