There is always a way to face and overcoming obstacles.
This design shows this fact, through a child mounting a turtle, an animal that is famous because of its slowness, this symbolizes an obstacle, however this turtle wears skates which represent speed and agility. So, this is an analogy of overcoming obstacles.
